Bryan was the Survey Construction Manager for the expansion of this 77 acre resort by Roberts Resorts. He staked rough grade and roadway and curb subgrade of the proposed roadways, staked the extension of utilities, and staked the drainage structures. Construction began Fall 2015.
While at Hilgart Wilson LLC, Bryan was able to facilitate the field Survey of this facility for the purposes of leasing agreements with the Bondurant School of driving. This project had many challenges including frontage with the Interstate 10 Freeway and cars racing around the track while working. With only a 3 day permit to complete the project it was done on time and under budget.
While at Hilgart Wilson LLC, Mr. O’Connor was responsible for the field success and completion of this 11,600 Acres of mainly agricultural Land, working closely with the office staff we were able to provide 41 separate ALTA/NSPS plat maps with 88 individual parcels along with having a hand in on the review and completion with adherence to the budget.
Provided construction direction, quality control checks and review, coordination with Turner (the general contractor), and construction assistance with Wilcox (the project engineer) of the various tracks and infrastructure required for the vigorous testing of motor vehicles. This facility was completed and opened in 2007.
